Leaf & Grain

71 High Street, London

Leaf & Grain was created from a genuine passion for health, wellness and nourishing the body naturally. After going through my own cancer journey, I became much more aware of the importance of what we put into our bodies and how much a holistic approach to wellbeing can help both physically and mentally. That experience inspired us to create a calm, welcoming café centred around wellness, self care and feeling good from the inside out. We focus on fresh, nourishing food and drinks including the best local coffee, smoothies, nourish bowls, salads, vegan options and adaptogen led wellness drinks. Our goal is to create a positive community space where people can slow down, eat well and feel good.
