Ni Fon Kitchen is Taiwanese cuisine and Bar. We design our meal in Tapas/ Sharing style dining with authentic food and oriental drinks, served with heart. We was born in the hush of the pandemic, when the world grew still and kitchens became the last warm place we knew. We did what any Taiwanese mother would do — we cooked. Frozen parcels of home, packed with family recipes and quiet love, sent out into the distance. People felt it. That something with no English word, but in every bite whispers 你回來了 — you're home now. Today, tucked into a corner of London, Ni Fon Kitchen has opened its doors — a cosy Taiwanese tapas restaurant and bar, breathing the soul of an island that has always known how to make strangers feel like family. We brought Taiwan's beloved stews and street-side flavours and reimagined them as small plates — little gestures of generosity, meant to be passed across the table. Alongside each plate, raise a glass — cocktails kissed with Taiwanese teas, mountain herbs, and sun-ripened fruit, a glass of Taiwan Beer, cold and familiar, and the rare, gold-laden pour of Kavalan whisky, award-winning and quietly proud, like all great Taiwanese things. The space feels like someone carried Taiwan here by hand — warm, unhurried, filled with little treasures that each hold a story, a memory, a trace of home.
