Sauna & Plunge

124 Tabernacle Street, London

Sauna&Plunge is wellness, reimagined for city life, rooted in the power of contrast. Moving between heat and cold is at the heart of everything we do: the intensity of Finnish and infrared saunas paired with our precisely controlled cold plunges (9°C, 6°C, 3°C). This deliberate shift between extremes is designed to awaken the body, regulate the nervous system, and build resilience over time, creating a ritual that is as energising as it is restorative. Our space is inspired by Nordic principles, simple, intentional, and deeply connected to natural rhythms. Materials, light, and layout are carefully considered to create a calm, grounding environment that encourages you to slow down, reset, and reconnect, whether you come alone or as part of a shared experience. The Studio extends this philosophy through four core pillars: breath, movement, recovery, and connection. Each class, from breathwork and sound to Pilates and yoga, is designed to work in harmony with contrast therapy, supporting how you move, how you feel, and how you show up in daily life. Sessions are thoughtfully scheduled around the rhythm of the city, making it easy to build a consistent practice that fits into your routine. Together, the contrast area and studio form a complete ecosystem for modern wellbeing, a space to restore, perform, and connect, again and again.
