With purpose-built studios in Camberwell (SE5) and Oval (SW9), MOTION is a boutique wellness space where movement meets community. We believe movement should feel inclusive, accessible, and rooted in genuine connection, whether you’re brand new to practice or deepening an existing one. Our Classes • REFORMER PILATES (Camberwell & Oval) Focused on building strength, stability, and control while improving posture, mobility, and alignment. Each session encourages intentional movement with precision and breath. • MAT CLASSES (Camberwell only) A curated selection of open-level classes, including: • Yoga – from dynamic flows to grounding, mindful movement • Pilates – build strength, control, and confidence • Barre – energising, low-impact conditioning set to music • Sound Bath – rest, restore, and reset through deep listening, sound, and vibration All sessions are led by experienced instructors in calm, welcoming studio environments, allowing you to move confidently and at your own pace. Bookings, cancellations, and account management are available via the Momence platform.
