We are an outdoor fitness company based on Clapham Common and on Tooting Common. We heavily focus on creating a community which brings people together, creating friendships which will last a lifetime! Our workouts are delivered by expert instructors, several of whom are ex-military and who aim to give our members tough classes, but which are always good fun and we can pretty much guarantee that you'll leave each class with a smile on your face whilst also having burned several hundred calories! Our current classes include: - TMF Bootcamp (this is a bodyweight class which is our toughest class. This focuses on calisthenic strength, muscular endurance and cardiovascular endurance. This is suitable for most people as long as you have a basic level of running ability. This is not suitable for people with a significant lower limb injury). - TMF Strength & Conditioning (this is a weight/resistance based class which focuses on strength, speed and power. This is suitable for all abilities). - TMF Boxing (led by our Boxing Coach and is suitable for all abilities). - TMF Self-Defence (this is led by our Self-Defence Coach and is suitable for all abilities). - TMF Personal Training (these are workouts that can be tailored just for you. We also have instructors that are experts in Injury Rehabilitation, Pre/Post Natal and Body Transformations). - We also have social events throughout the year and we encourage our members to make as many friends as possible!
