Today, tucked into a corner of London, Ni Fon Kitchen has opened its doors — a cosy Taiwanese tapas restaurant and bar, breathing the soul of an island that has always known how to make strangers feel like family. We brought Taiwan's beloved stews and street-side flavours and reimagined them as small plates — little gestures of generosity, meant to be passed across the table. Alongside each plate, raise a glass — cocktails kissed with Taiwanese teas, mountain herbs, and sun-ripened fruit, a glass of Taiwan Beer, cold and familiar, and the rare, gold-laden pour of Kavalan whisky, award-winning and quietly proud, like all great Taiwanese things.
